Late to the party! Will do this next year!
How are you planning on leveraging National Leave a Review Day with your customers?!
Late to the party as well, but in the past, we have tried passing out printed cards with QR codes to leave a review and let us know how we did after each service appointment along with a small swag-type gift or goody with moderate response. A more concierge, in-person type experience is becoming more appreciated in an ever-increasing digital world.
I missed it! Can’t wait until next year!
I love the addition to the QR code (mainly because I love swag hahah) but that extra little perk totally adds to the experience, way to go!
We went through and found any 5-star internal reviews and replied with “We loved hearing from you! If you choose to submit a Google review we will enter you in a raffle for a $25 Amazon gift card.”
A customer appreciation day was planned.
we start collecting and displaying unique testimonials.
Using social media videos to draw attention
social media and maybe a door prize
We missed review day last year, but we’re looking forward to national leave a review day this year!
My team and I are thinking of giving away prizes randomly for customers for reviews for this day and an incentive for the staff member with the most surveys that day a well.
Late to the party!!!
I’m late to the party -
Next time!
A customer appreciation cookout would be amazing!
We are planning on creating custom templates for our employees to utilize so they can send more intentional review requests!
@emma.mitchell we did officially move the holiday to October 22nd So you DO have some time to think about a campaign! It just made more sense with the holidays and the impact on smaller businesses in the fall so we moved it back a bit this year. Woo hoo!
Incentivize my team and make it a regional goal to hit higher metrics than ever before
An appreciation day for our customers
I arrived late, but I would have loved to organize a day to thank our clients
email and social media campaign
